Below you will find the average delivery time of all our packages:

Delivery Time = Order procession Time + Order Shipping Time

Order Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Order Shipping Time: 7-8 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)

Shipping costs

Shipping is free. We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home, 100% free. There is also no minimum order quantity required.

Change of Address

Customer can change their delivery address by contacting our customer service within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. These 2 statement work whichever comes first.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their address is correct at the time of purchase

Shipping Cancellation conditions

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase without any fees.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Customers may return the product after receiving it, subject to our returns and refunds policy.

Tracking your order

You'll receive an email when your order is shipped with a Tracking number. We provide our customers with a self hosted Track your Order which you can use to track your package.
